We can bring photos to life

We can bring photos to life

Let us tell your story

We don't take photos, we tell stories with an image. You have the choice of your story telling to come from an outdoor shot or studio shot. Anything is possible.

Welcome to the

Evolution of Photography

Family Photoshoot

Welcome to Wolverine Productions. Here are some items you should review when looking for a professional photographer.

  1. Up to date equipment: Take some time and ask the different types of shots they take. Google them before you hire

  2. Look at his or her previous work and see if this is what you're looking for

  3. Check out the reviews and make sure they are credible reviews

  4. Ask about cancellation fees or additional fees

  5. Ask how the images will be kept and how to access them

  6. If it's your first time, ask his or her process from start to finish

  7. Ask about location options, lighting options, and any choices you have as a client

  8. Ask when they should have the edited photos completed and ready for review

  9. Do they appear rushed or have a GOD-like attitude on the phone? Ask to speak directly to the photographer that will be assigned

  10. Did they pass the "gut" check?

Below you will find the answers to the above recommended questions when hiring a photographer:

1. WP uses the most advanced equipment which includes lighting, software, etc.  The equipment doesn't make the photographer, but it sure helps.

2. Take a look at this page for some examples. If you would like to see more, just ask.

3. WP is 5 star reviewed on both GOOGLE.

4. There are no cancellation fees because we still believe in the spirit of ethics and integrity. Emergencies happen and the last thing we want you to think about is some fee.

5. Every client is set up with a private Drive folder that they can access

6. We understand that you may not feel 100% ready on the day of your shoot so we explain how the special day will unfold, the process, and even poses so that you are ready to kill those shots like a pro.

7. We are flexible, you pick and we will be there. Airfare additional lol

8. 24 hours

9. It's about enjoying the moment and making the most out of the shoot. Photos and video last so we pride ourselves on creating something that others cannot.

10. Only you can tell but after reading these guidelines,  we would venture to say you are ready for you 15 min of fame!

We prefer to get to know our clients so that any possible

anxiety or nervousness is factored out on the day of the shoot. This also allows us to understand what our client wants or wishes to express if their photos.

In today's digital world, where most people are searching for everything online, real estate photography has become more important than ever. The first thing that potential buyers or renters encounter is an online listing, and the quality of the photographs posted on the listing is the primary factor that can attract, or repel a potential buyer or renter.

Real estate photography is the art of capturing, enhancing, and presenting the features of a property to maximize its market potential. A professional real estate photographer can bring life to an otherwise plain and unexciting property, making it more appealing and convincing to potential buyers or renters. The essence of photography in real estate is in creating an emotional connection between the buyer and the property, even before they've set foot on the premises.

Effective real estate photography is essential because it achieves several critical results. Firstly, it helps to increase sales, which is the objective of every real estate professional. Exceptional photos capture the attention of potential buyers, generate interest, and drive more traffic to the property. The more people are interested in the property, the higher the chances of selling it faster and getting better returns on investment.

Moreover, real estate photography comes in handy in creating a market advantage over other properties listed in the same area. With impeccable photographs, real estate practitioners have the opportunity to tell a story about the property accurately. The photos showcase the architecture, the design, the layout, and the amenities that make the property unique. Having a property's best aspects highlighted through photography not only attracts more potential buyers or renters but also leads to a quicker sale or rental.

Real estate photography also serves as a visual confirmation of what the potential buyer or renter can expect on visiting the property. The photographs provided to the buyers act as a precursor to their visit, allowing them to form expectations about the property. With high-quality and well-detailed photos, the buyer or renter has the chance to look closely at the property in question's features, which helps them in making an informed choice before deciding to visit the property.

Finally, professional real estate photography is an investment in a real estate business's brand. Through the art of photography, a real estate firm can demonstrate a commitment to high-quality, professional, and expert work, and also the value placed on the properties of their clients.

In conclusion, real estate photography is an essential tool in the arsenal of any real estate practitioner, helping to increase sales, create an advantage over competitors, help property owners stand out among their listings, provide visual confirmation of what potential buyers or renters can expect, and serve as an investment in a real estate business's brand. In today's fast-paced and digital world, the quality of real estate photography can mean the difference between a property sitting on the market for an extended period or selling within days
